2022年将是第9个th year that UKGBC convenes a group of 未来的领导者 comprised of committed, enthusiastic individuals presented with the challenge of confronting critical issues facing the industry, 包括气候危机, while working collaboratively to address them through the development of innovative ideas to inspire the radical transformation of the built environment.
The five-month 未来的领导者 programme is designed for forward-thinking professionals with 5-10 years’ experience – the cohort will work in teams and develop the capability and skills to drive radical transformation and sustainability, while progressing and boosting confidence in their own individual leadership journeys. They then return to their respective organisations equipped with this new thinking and inspiration, joining a leadership alumni of over 230 individuals and continuing to collaborate through involvement in the 未来领导力论坛.

Participants will benefit from a range of expert inputs and high profile keynote speakers, and will work to develop an innovation idea on key built environment sustainability challenges which are developed through the programme.
未来的领导者 are drawn from a range of backgrounds from the built environment sector, and are selected based on an enthusiasm to learn, an 开放ness to new ways of thinking, and a desire to challenge the status quo. It is not a prerequisite to have sustainability in the job title – in fact the diversity of perspectives is crucial to the programme’s success.
